Please be assured that:

All reports submitted via the Coronavirus Yellow Card reporting site continue to be held in the MHRA database and continue to contribute to our safety monitoring activities
All reports submitted through the Coronavirus Yellow Card reporting site will continue to be available to registered users on the Yellow Card scheme website with the same log in details
